Véronique De Meester was born in Brussels (Belgium) in 1955.
She graduated in law (“licence en droit”) in 1979 at the University of Brussels (ULB, Belgium), where she also obtained  a postgraduate degree in International law (“licence spéciale en droit international”) in 1981.
She has been a member of the Brussels bar since 1979 and of the Luxembourg bar since 1988.
